We stand behind every key we sell. If something goes wrong, we make it right — fast.

1. Nature of Our Products

Pulse Automation LLC sells digital software license keys for Microsoft products. These are delivered electronically via email immediately after payment. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once the key has been disclosed to you, in accordance with consumer protection rules applicable to digital goods.

2. When We Issue a Replacement

We will issue a free replacement key or, where a valid replacement cannot be provided, a full refund, in any of the following situations:

  • The license key you received is invalid or already used and does not activate the software.
  • The key activates a different edition or version than the one you purchased.
  • You did not receive your key by email within 2 hours of confirmed payment (please also check your spam folder).
  • There is a verified technical issue with the key that is our error, not the result of user action.

3. Conditions That Do Not Qualify

The following situations are not eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • You changed your mind after the key was delivered.
  • You purchased the wrong product (e.g., wrong Windows edition, wrong Office version).
  • The key was already activated on a device and then the device was reset, reformatted, or the hardware changed significantly (Microsoft may require reactivation in such cases).
  • Activation issues caused by your own device, operating system conflicts, or a pre-existing Windows installation.
  • More than 48 hours have passed since delivery and the key has been viewed.

4. How to Request Support

To report an issue with your key, contact us at support@pulse-automated.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order reference or payment confirmation email.
  • The product you purchased.
  • A clear description of the issue (e.g., error code displayed during activation).
  • A screenshot of the activation error, if available.

Our team reviews and responds to all requests within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm).

5. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks for delivered and functional products may result in the license key being deactivated and the account being flagged. We are always ready to resolve issues directly and quickly.
