1. About Us

Pulse Automation LLC (“we”, “our”, or “the Company”) is a limited liability company registered in the United States. We operate an online store at www.pulse-automated.com that sells digital software license keys for Microsoft products. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized partner of Microsoft Corporation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Products & License Keys

All products sold by Pulse Automation LLC are genuine digital software license keys for Microsoft software. Upon successful payment:

  • Your license key will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout, typically within 60 seconds.
  • The license is for personal or business use on the number of devices specified in the product listing.
  • License keys are single-use and non-transferable. You may not resell, share, or distribute a key purchased from us.
  • Activation must be performed following Microsoft’s official activation process.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable fees. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers — we do not store your payment card details on our servers. You agree to provide accurate and truthful billing information when making a purchase.

5. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed when payment has been successfully processed and you have received a confirmation email. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your key within 2 hours. If you still have not received it, contact support@pulse-automated.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All software products sold remain the intellectual property of Microsoft Corporation. By purchasing a license key, you obtain a right to use the software under Microsoft’s End User License Agreement (EULA). You do not acquire ownership of the software itself. Pulse Automation LLC holds no intellectual property rights over the software products it resells.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use any license key purchased from us to activate software on more devices than the license permits.
  • Resell, auction, or redistribute any key obtained from our store.
  • Use our website for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of our website or ordering system.
  • Provide false information during checkout or in communications with our support team.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pulse Automation LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
  • Data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits resulting from software activation or use.
  • Issues arising from Microsoft policy changes, server outages, or changes to Microsoft’s activation system.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided “as is”. While we take every care to ensure keys are valid and functional at the time of sale, we make no warranty that the software will meet your specific requirements or that it will operate without interruption. Microsoft’s own EULA and terms govern your use of the software.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the state in which Pulse Automation LLC is registered.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
